5 Stars only because they don't offer 6! I love it!!! I have an older American made unit and have had it for just over 2 years now. I can do a full case of pork butts (8)at 1 time (case pricing from Sams is great). Then I cut in half the ones I don't use that day and freeze them. This way I save on pellets but don't lose anything in the process. I would however suggest that anyone considering these units spend the extra on the digital controller!!!! TRUST ME!!!! The friend that talked me into buying this smoker is looking at replacing his 3 position for a digital. In the summer it uses alot less pellets. If I had it to do over the only thing I would do different is buy it alot sooner ;-)
