No Temp Swings!
The grill stayed plus or minus 3 degrees of my setting. This grill is the most ACCURATE temps I have ever seen! I am an owner of 3 different pellet grills, and this is the king of all grills. The grill uses 1/3 less than any other pellet grills that I have used. I've cooked pork butts up to 14 hours, temp stayed very tight, no temp swings. Not too pleased with the grease tray, but you just have to keep up with the maintenance- clean after every use! Smoked salmon is amazing! Best brisket and pork butt I have EVER made, hands down! Reaches hot temps, perfect for searing! I am so happy with my new grill- I recommend the Memphis Pro to anyone looking for the best pellet grill on the market! Thank you PGO for your great service! IT IS GREAT!
IT IS GREAT!!! I really do love it! I have used it for ribs and pulled pork already, as well as to grill kabobs and steaks... It does an amazing job with the bbq. This past saturday I was able to put my pork shoulder on at 9:30 am, leave the house at 11, play golf til 5 and came home and it was still at the set temperature, and it came out perfect. I am no longer chained to my charcoal grill all day. I can have a life and cook my Q. David B.
