Best purchase I could ever make. I'm an avid BBqu'er and hands down this is the best grill/smoker I have ever used. My parents came over and were floored by the ease of use as well as the taste af my cooking! Great grill marks on steaks and burgers with wonderful smoke flavor. Brisket, ribs and chicken have all been fantastic.

The construction of this grill makes my Traeger look like a toy. This grill will out last me. Holds high heat levels very well. Could not ask for more!!

Anna Maria - I just wanted to tell you that I was enjoying my Memphis Pro so very much. The grill has been used for two slow cooks which included a large pork shoulder and a large rib roast and also grilled tenderloin filets. Everything turned out fantastic and the ease of use was unlike anything I have ever used. The meat probe feature is truly exceptional. I believe that my new Memphis will be my primary cooking tool for many years to come. Thanks for providing such a quality product. Mike Smith, Helena AL
