Big Belly Deli's Untrimmed Brisket Recipe

- Place Brisket on large piece of foil, fat side down.
- Paint top and sides with Big Belly Deli's 'pre rub.'
- Sprinkle 1 TB of Traeger Prime Rib Rub and 1 TB of Traeger Beef Rub.
- Turn Brisket with fat side up and repeat steps 1 and 2.
- Cover with foil.
- Set temperature at 180 and cook Brisket with FAT SIDE UP for 14-16 Hours.
- Refrigerate to cool, then trim thick fat.
- Slice at 30-35 degrees.
- Add Traeger BBQ Sauce when served
